COVID-19 Protocols

Please call us at (919) 851-4114 with any questions regarding appointments, ongoing treatments, or emergencies. 

Our lobby will reopen on May 16th 2022.

OFFICE PROCEDURES:

-We ask that clients remain in their vehicle with all check-in communications being done over phone for the visit. A technician will come out to your vehicle and bring you and your pet inside for the veterinarian to proceed with the exam or treatment.

-We are not accepting walk-ins at this time. If you would like to come in for an over the counter item please call when you arrive.

-Full curbside appointments as previous will still be available for those that desire it.


-Please understand that we are practicing the 'social distancing' recommendations and maintaining some distance from others and we will not be shaking hands. Masks are required for all clientele inside our facility.

-Discharges for curbside appointments will be done over the phone by a technician or veterinarian prior to bringing your pet out to your vehicle. A receptionist will collect payment over the phone as well.

-It is essential that anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough or shortness of breath) or has traveled to an area of the United States with a high incidence of COVID-19 call us in advance so that we may contact public health officials and discuss how to proceed with your pets appointment.
